The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply retroactively to your use of our Services to the extent permitted by applicable law. By continuing to use our services or interacting with us after May 15, 2026, you acknowledge and agree that your usage is governed by these terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms of Use
Gallure Ideas & Insights on behalf of itself, its directors, employees, and affiliates (“The Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business intelligence services, including regional reports (Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, USA), newsletters, and related media through our website and associated technologies (the “Service”).
By accessing or using any aspect of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Privacy
We respect the privacy of our users. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
3. Access and Use of the Service
Service Description: The Service provides high-level business intelligence, market reports, and executive content.
Registration: You may be required to provide an email address or register to access specific reports. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. Users under 18 are not authorized to access the Service.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service (such as a specific regional report) without notice.
4. Conditions of Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Service.
Violate any local laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain or applicable international regulations.
Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or automated gathering methods to extract our proprietary business data.
Exploit any portion of the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes. The Service is for your professional/personal use.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Service Content: All reports, maps, logos, and analysis provided are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or create derivative works from our reports without express written permission.
Trademarks: The Business On Ground name, the “Growth Chart Onion” logo, and Gallure Ideas & Insights branding are trademarks of the Company.
Submissions: Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our reporting are non-confidential, and the Company is entitled to unrestricted use of this information without compensation to you.
6. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless Gallure Ideas & Insights and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
“As Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for market accuracy, we do not warrant that the results obtained from our reports will be error-free or meet all your expectations.
Liability Cap: In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six months or BHD 40 (approx. $100 USD), whichever is greater.
8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration in the Kingdom of Bahrain, rather than in court.
Arbitration Rules: Arbitration will be conducted in English under the rules of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) or a similar neutral body as determined by the Company.
No Class Actions: You may only bring claims against us on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of the letter or spirit of these Terms.
10. General
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Jurisdiction: For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manama, Bahrain.
Time Limit: You agree that any claim related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
